Turn invoice evidence into a useful provider brief

Prepare a factoring conversation by organizing the exact evidence the provider requests about your invoices, customers and payment terms. Use Aurora to draft a source-linked brief, flag missing information and prepare questions. Have your team review it before sharing through the provider's accepted route.

The recipe does not verify that an invoice is eligible, purchase receivables or synchronize your accounting ledger. It organizes approved evidence for a real provider review.

Build an invoice-to-source pack

Review areaSource to preserveQuestion to keep visible
Invoice identity and amountApproved invoice and actual currencyDoes the provider need a specific period or format?
Underlying deliveryPermitted contract, order or delivery evidenceWhat evidence does the provider require?
Customer and payment termsApproved customer and contract factsWhat notification or consent questions require review?
Disputes and existing commitmentsActual disclosed source recordsWhich restrictions or unresolved issues must be addressed?
Provider structure and costsActual quoted terms or published requirementsWhich fees, reserves or responsibilities are still unclear?

Keep this table aligned with the provider's instructions. Do not infer recourse, customer notification, reserves or fee treatment when the supplied source does not disclose them.

Prepare the brief in Finta

  1. Confirm the provider and product. Reuse the verified company/contact record and official application route. A marketplace, adviser and factoring provider have different roles.
  2. Collect approved source files. Export the needed invoice and customer evidence from your existing authorized systems. There is no automatic accounting import assumed by this recipe.
  3. Minimize sensitive information. Include only what the provider and review purpose require. Keep bank details, unrelated customer data and personal identifiers out of exploratory drafts.
  4. Ask Aurora for a source-linked brief. Separate stated facts, disputed or unclear items, and questions. Do not let a clean summary remove inconvenient evidence.
  5. Review and save. Check original invoices, dates, currency, customer identity and supporting evidence. Use main chat to save the working file to Documents if desired.
  6. Choose the accepted handoff. Share the approved pack through the provider's official route and preserve the actual receipt. Ask the relevant adviser about consequential assignment, notification and contract questions.

Use a prompt that keeps unknowns intact

Prepare a factoring application brief from these approved source files and the provider's instructions. Include invoice references, supplied amounts/currencies, relevant customer and payment facts, supporting evidence and unresolved questions. Preserve disclosed disputes and restrictions. Do not infer invoice eligibility, certify receivables, invent fees, access accounting systems or submit the application.

Finta Documents is the preparation library, not your accounting ledger. Aurora works from available approved context; source extraction and returned figures still require review.

Illustrative result: two invoices, different evidence states

A fictional supplier has two invoices for a provider conversation. Invoice A has approved delivery evidence. Invoice B has a customer query that remains unresolved. The brief preserves both states.

InvoiceEvidence stateNext action
AInvoice and delivery evidence locatedConfirm provider's requested format and criteria
BCustomer query unresolvedOwner clarifies query and updates evidence before disclosure

“Evidence located” is not “eligible for factoring.” This synthetic example is not a real invoice pack or a provider decision.

Check the preparation receipt

The receipt identifies the provider/product, instruction date, included source files, reviewed figures, unresolved issues, disclosure owner and actual handoff state. Do not call a shared file an accepted application or a financing commitment.

Handle the common blockers

Wrong currency or duplicate invoice: correct against the source. Missing delivery evidence: request it from the owner. Unclear notification terms: ask the provider and adviser. An unresolved customer dispute: retain it rather than draft around it. No acceptable sharing route: confirm one before sending confidential files.
