Organize Financing Quotes for Human Review
Bring actual financing offers into a source-linked comparison so your team can see what is disclosed, what differs, and what to ask next.

- Humans interpret terms and decide; Aurora does not rank or accept offers
Make financing offers easier to compare without hiding the differences
Collect the actual financing quotes, preserve their dates and terms, and ask Aurora to organize what each source discloses. Review the comparison with the people responsible for the financing decision. A useful table makes missing information visible instead of declaring one offer “best.”
This recipe creates a review pack. It does not price risk, recommend borrowing or turn unlike products into a misleading single score.
Build a disclosed-terms comparison
| Question | Record from each offer | If missing |
|---|---|---|
| What is the financing structure? | Product and contract description | Ask whether it is a loan, lease, purchase or another arrangement |
| What amount reaches the business? | Stated advance and disclosed deductions | Ask for the net-proceeds explanation |
| What is repaid or paid? | Quoted payment terms and fees | Request the written schedule and fee disclosure |
| What creates additional obligations? | Disclosed security, guarantees and conditions | Refer specific missing language for review |
| How long is the offer usable? | Quote date, expiration and conditions | Confirm current availability before relying on it |
Keep rate labels as the provider wrote them. An interest rate, factor, fee and revenue-linked payment are not interchangeable labels. Do not let a blank cell become zero cost or no obligation.
Organize the review in Finta
- Preserve each offer. Save the original quote and accompanying disclosures in Documents. Record provider, product, business entity and date. Do not overwrite an earlier offer without keeping the revision context.
- Select the actual sources. Give Aurora the quoted documents, not an old marketing page when an actual offer is available.
- Extract before comparing. Ask for stated terms and source locations. Separate original figures from derived calculations and assumptions.
- Review the unknowns. Assign each question to the provider, finance lead or adviser. Avoid treating a polished summary as a contract interpretation.
- Save the reviewed table. Ask main chat to create a working CSV or document only after checking the extracted rows. Keep provider questions with the associated CRM relationship.
Ask Aurora for a transparent comparison
Organize these actual financing quotes into a disclosed-terms table. Preserve each product type, dates, amount, payment language, fees, security/guarantee references, conditions and source location. Mark missing data explicitly. Do not infer zero fees, normalize unlike rates into APR without a validated method, rank cheapest/best, accept an offer or advise whether we should borrow. Return questions for human review.
Aurora can prepare working context, but the financing decision and interpretation of consequential terms remain with your team. Use the financing-cost comparison guide for the broader questions, not as a substitute for actual disclosed offers.
Illustrative result: the unanswered fee matters
A fictional business has Quote A with a stated amount and payment schedule, and Quote B with an upfront amount but no complete fee explanation. The comparison keeps Quote B's fee row “not disclosed in supplied source” and asks the provider for clarification.
It does not infer that Quote B is cheaper because its fee cell is blank. Nor does it call Quote A preferable merely because more information is available. This synthetic example shows how to preserve information quality, not how to choose an actual financing product.
Check the decision-preparation receipt
The receipt identifies the offer versions, sources, disclosed terms, assumptions, unanswered questions, owners and next review date. It states that no quote has been accepted. Verify the complete contract and current terms through the proper provider and adviser review before making a commitment.
When comparisons go wrong
Different currencies: preserve them and specify any conversion date and assumption separately. Missing repayment terms: request them rather than estimate. Different project scopes: identify the mismatch before comparing. Expired quote: ask for current confirmation. Extraction error: correct against the original document and keep the correction note.
Next, prepare the provider questions or keep equipment-specific offers with their approved sources in Finta Documents. Finta gives the process a working home while your team makes the financing decision.
