Daily Inbox Sweep walkthrough
- A scheduled Aurora automation begins the Daily Inbox Sweep at four in the afternoon.
- Aurora reviews the last twenty-four hours of connected inbox activity and cross-references senders with CRM contacts.
- A reply from an active sequence is ranked first and the sequence records its exit.
- Aurora prepares a prioritized handoff with a reviewable reply and a follow-up task.
Final receipt: inbox reviewed, sequence reply prioritized, and two follow-up actions prepared.

Product questions
Scheduled work, contact sequences, and reusable Skills.
What can I start from?
Finta includes starting templates for scheduled Aurora work, outreach sequences, Page-view and meeting follow-up, re-engagement, welcome series, and stage progression. Each template remains editable and must be reviewed before activation.
What does Daily Inbox Sweep do?
Daily Inbox Sweep is a scheduled Aurora template that reviews recent inbox activity, cross-references senders with CRM context, prioritizes replies from active sequences, and returns a ranked follow-up plan. Its prompt, cadence, time, and automatic execution setting remain configurable.
Can Aurora work in the background?
Yes. A valid Schedule Aurora automation can run its configured prompt on supported daily, weekly, monthly, annual, or hourly schedules. Organization access, credits, connected context, and tool availability still apply.
How are email sequences different?
Contact sequences combine supported email, wait, and stage-change steps. You enroll eligible CRM contacts, set the sending window and timezone, and can review enrollment status, emails sent, replies, and step performance after the workflow begins.
What happens when someone replies?
When Mark as Done on reply is enabled and Finta records a supported reply, the contact’s current enrollment ends and later steps do not run. Recorded meetings and out-of-office signals can also change an enrollment’s state.
What are Aurora Skills?
Skills are reusable, organization-level instruction playbooks that Aurora can load for relevant work. You can write your own or start from templates for fundraising, outreach, research, strategy, and productivity—including a Post Meeting skill for turning pasted notes into grounded follow-up drafts and tasks.
Can I save email copy to reuse later?
Yes. The Emails area stores reusable templates for automations and one-off outreach. Stage-linked templates can also prefill the composer, while the final message remains reviewable and editable.
Continue the relationship loop
Prepare the step, then keep its result attached to the relationship.
