Product questions

Contact research, connected inboxes, and relationship follow-through.

Can stages work as a pipeline or as categories?

Yes. Configure stages around a fundraising or sales pipeline, or use them as the categories that match your team’s relationship process. Stage totals, filters, bulk actions, and reusable stage-email templates follow that structure.

What happens when I add a contact?

Finta starts Aurora research for eligible new contacts and attaches available findings to the relationship record. Research is asynchronous, uses credits, and may return limited findings or fail.

How does the Finta inbox label work?

Apply the Finta label to an email and Finta can add an eligible sender to your first CRM stage. Contacts are deduplicated by email. This flow adds the sender’s available name, email, source, and subject note; it does not promise company enrichment or a full-thread import.

Which emails does Aurora triage?

When triage is enabled, Aurora classifies eligible new unread email from addresses that exactly match CRM contacts and shows the category and rationale. Automatic incoming triage excludes out-of-office replies; credits apply, and results can be unavailable.

Does inbox triage work the same in Gmail and Outlook?

The classification workflow supports connected Google and Microsoft inboxes. Gmail can receive Finta’s triage labels back in the mailbox; Microsoft classifications remain visible inside Finta.

Does Aurora send draft replies automatically?

No. For labels you select, Aurora can prepare a threaded draft in the connected provider. Draft credits apply, generation can fail, and nothing sends until a person reviews and chooses Send.

How many sending addresses can I connect?

Each user can connect up to five active Google or Microsoft sending addresses per Finta workspace and choose a default sender. Provider permissions and calendar access can vary by connection.

What can teammates see and send?

Email sharing is opt-in and limited to communications with CRM contacts. Team send is controlled separately for each connected address, so teammates can only send new messages from addresses you explicitly enable.

How do warm introduction requests work?

Finta can surface available mutual connections and open a prefilled introduction request from the CRM. The connector must have a usable email, you still review and send the request, and no introduction or outcome is guaranteed.

What are Super Connectors?

Super Connectors are people who appear across at least two available introduction pathways. Finta ranks them by how many CRM targets they can reach and can prepare one grouped request when the required email and page context are available.

Can CRM contacts enter multi-step Automations?

Yes. Select eligible contacts and enroll them in an available Automation. Contacts without the required email or sending setup can be skipped, and execution remains subject to windows, stop conditions, credits, and provider state.

Can I import and export my contacts?

Yes. The CRM supports CSV import and export. Import quality depends on the structure and validity of the source file.

What appears in the AI Summary?

The CRM can bring ready AI drafts, eligible unread CRM-contact emails, and recent opens above the pipeline. It reflects a bounded set of available provider data; it is not a promise that every important email will appear.
