Which inboxes and calendars can I connect?

Finta supports eligible Google and Microsoft inbox and calendar connections. Available messages, events, sending, and triage behavior depend on the provider permissions you grant.

What does inbox triage do?

When enabled, Finta can classify eligible unread email from CRM contacts. For labels you select, it can also prepare a reviewable draft reply. The draft is not sent automatically.

What is the difference between the two MCP connections?

Aurora MCP makes supported Finta CRM and relationship tools available to compatible clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. App connections work in the other direction: they let Aurora use tools from supported services you authorize.

Can I use Finta away from the web app?

The Finta iOS app supports selected inbox, relationship, and pipeline work away from desktop. The Chrome extension brings Aurora around the web with you so you can quickly save leads and LinkedIn mutual connections to your CRM.

How do multiple inboxes and team email controls work?

A user can connect up to five active addresses within an organization where the provider and plan allow it. Each address owner separately controls CRM email visibility and whether teammates can send from that address.

Does a connected app automatically copy everything into Finta?

No. Each connection exposes only its supported context and tools. For example, Google Drive context available to a supported tool does not continuously synchronize the Finta Documents library.
