Count equity and convertible financing your company has already received. Exactly $1 million belongs in the $1 million or more answer. Current or planned round size is a separate question.
No. Finta can show paths from connected sources and help prepare an introduction request or direct outreach. A path does not guarantee an introduction, and some targets will have no warm path.
