Keep the equipment project and financing offer connected

Organize equipment financing by keeping the asset quote beside the actual financing offer and the project costs it covers. Use Finta to preserve suppliers, financing providers, approved source documents and next questions. Ask Aurora for a working comparison, then review it before choosing or accepting an offer.

A purchase quote is not a financing approval. A monthly payment is not a full comparison. This recipe helps the responsible people see the scope and unknowns together.

Build an asset-to-offer review table

Keep values in their original currency and units. An installation estimate, software subscription and maintenance plan may be separate sources; do not silently include them in a machine price.

Organize the pack in five steps

  1. Save the actual quotes. Upload approved supplier and provider documents to Documents. Preserve dates and revisions, not only screenshots of a headline payment.
  2. Connect the people. Reuse genuine supplier and finance-provider contacts in CRM. Different parties own different questions about asset scope, funding and delivery.
  3. Map source to source. Ask Aurora to compare the quoted asset, covered costs, dates and stated finance terms. Keep missing detail explicit.
  4. Assign clarification work. Add human-owned tasks for installation treatment, asset eligibility, quote validity or contract review. A question does not become answered because a document exists.
  5. Review the complete offer. Confirm the project and contractual terms with your team and relevant advisers. Record acceptance only after the authorized person makes and confirms that decision through the provider's route.

A prompt for the equipment review

Organize these supplier and financing quotes into an asset-to-offer table. Preserve asset specifications, quoted scope, currencies, dates, stated structure and source locations. Flag mismatched assets and missing associated costs or end-of-term detail. Prepare questions for the supplier and financing provider. Do not infer fees, rank best/cheapest, recommend a structure or accept an offer.

Use main Aurora chat for the substantial review and saved working file. Use Tasks for the owned follow-through, not as a promise that an agent will negotiate or complete a purchase.

Illustrative result: the monthly payment is not the whole project

A fictional workshop has a machine quote with installation listed separately. Its financing quote names the machine but does not mention installation. The review keeps the installation amount separate and asks whether the provider considers it within the project.

The team also notices that delivery falls after the supplier quote's validity date. The next action is to request current confirmation, not assume the same price remains available. This synthetic example makes two questions visible without recommending a real financing product.

Keep a clear decision-preparation receipt

The receipt lists supplier and financing quote versions, matched assets, covered scope, unresolved costs, validity dates, responsible people and next actions. It states which facts were extracted and which were reviewed. It does not label a source comparison as financing approval.

Resolve the mismatches before committing

Different specifications: get an aligned quote. Missing financing disclosures: request them. Outdated delivery estimate: confirm timing. Unclear ownership or end-of-term treatment: refer the actual contract for review. An inaccessible source: obtain an approved readable file rather than guess.

Continue with equipment-provider research, the financing-quote review workflow, or the lender document handoff. Finta keeps the sources and conversations connected while the team makes the purchase and financing decisions.
