Show the export order and the funding need together
Prepare an export-financing pack by matching the provider's instructions to your approved order, customer, production and payment evidence. Use Aurora to organize the source map and unresolved questions. Review the pack before handing it over through the provider's official route.
This recipe uses a US exporter as its default example. Businesses elsewhere need locally applicable programs and instructions. Finta does not certify export eligibility, clear restricted trade or issue financing.
Build an order-to-evidence map
| Review area | Approved source | Question to resolve |
|---|---|---|
| Actual order | Contract or confirmed order with version | What is agreed, conditional or still proposed? |
| Customer and destination | Verified legal party and transaction facts | What checks does the official route require? |
| Production and delivery | Supplier quotes, work plan and delivery assumptions | When does the business need funds? |
| Payment and collection | Contract payment terms and currency | What remains uncertain or conditional? |
| Program/provider route | Current instructions and source date | Who lends, guarantees or insures, and where does the application go? |
For example, EXIM's Working Capital Loan Guarantee works with lenders. Do not describe a guarantor as the exporter’s direct lender or merge a loan guarantee with credit insurance.
Assemble the pack in Finta
- Identify the actual route. Name provider, product, country scope and official instructions. Check current application status rather than infer availability from a broad program page.
- Collect the approved documents. Gather order, contract, customer facts, production sources and payment terms requested for this route. Use authorized records and minimize unrelated confidential information.
- Preserve uncertainty. Label draft orders, unresolved delivery dates and conditional payments. A sales forecast is not a signed contract.
- Ask Aurora for the evidence map. Keep each fact tied to its source. Separate missing documents from questions requiring trade, legal, financial or provider review.
- Save and review. Use main chat to prepare the working pack in Documents, then have the responsible owners check it against the originals.
- Complete the official handoff. Use the provider's required route and retain the actual receipt. Record further requests in the CRM relationship and Tasks.
A prompt for source-led export preparation
Prepare an export-financing evidence map for this exact provider/product from the supplied approved sources. Include order status, customer/destination facts, production needs, payment terms, currencies, source dates and unanswered questions. Preserve conditions and unknowns. Do not certify export eligibility, sanctions compliance, insurability or credit approval, invent contract terms, or submit the application.
Use Aurora for preparation, not compliance clearance. A missing required check remains a task for the appropriate provider or qualified professional.
Illustrative result: an order is signed, collection is later
A fictional US manufacturer has a signed overseas order, supplier quotes and staged payment terms. Its pack links each production payment to the actual source and preserves an unresolved delivery confirmation.
A row asks the provider how the proposed transaction and source documents fit its process. Another asks the production lead to confirm timing. The pack does not declare the export approved or calculate a guaranteed financing amount. This is a synthetic editorial example, not a real EXIM application.
Verify the pack's receipt
The receipt identifies provider/product, official route, approved document versions, checked dates, unresolved questions, review owners and actual delivery state. Recheck the destination, customer and transaction facts through the required professional and official processes before proceeding.
If the project is in Australia, begin with the Australia-specific export guide rather than reuse a US program checklist. Other jurisdictions also require their own evidence and route.
Work through the blockers
Unsigned order: preserve its draft state. Inconsistent currency: correct against source terms. Delivery change: update the timeline and ask about material impact. Missing provider instructions: request them. Trade/compliance question: refer the actual facts to the responsible specialist rather than ask Aurora for a clearance verdict.
Continue with US export-provider research or the document-request reconciliation workflow. Keep the order, evidence and relationships connected.
