How to Apply to STATION F Programs with Finta

Choose the right STATION F program route, check current application status and prepare a company evidence packet without assuming admission or funding.

By FintaPublished October 25, 2026

Aurora and Pip organize a fictional program selection showing Operator, Status and Fit.

What you will learn

  • Separate STATION F campus access from program admission.
  • Resolve closed, paused and independently operated application routes.
  • Prepare a route-specific company brief and evidence checklist.

To prepare a STATION F application, first choose the actual program and operator. STATION F is a startup campus with multiple routes, not one universal funded accelerator. Your evidence, application process and next action depend on the selected route.

Source check: October 22, 2026. The current in-house programs page shows F/ai and Fighters applications as closed. It lists Founders Program applications as reviewed on a rolling basis, while STATION F's in-house FAQ, updated August 14, 2026, says Founders Program 2.0 is on pause. That official-source conflict leaves the Founders route unclear. Landing Zone is separately described as rolling; partner routes require their own checks. The FAQ describes F/ai as recommendation-only. Do not treat a directory Join button as confirmation that a particular intake is open.

This is an independent Finta preparation guide. Finta is not STATION F, a program operator, an admissions representative or an official partner through this article. Start with the official program directory; then follow the selected operator's current instructions.

What you will learn

  • Separate campus access, program selection and admission.
  • Check application status without relying on an outdated Founders Program description.
  • Build a route-specific evidence packet and a clear next-action record.

Contents: map the routes; verify status; prepare the packet; work through a decision; practice with AI; review and submit.

1. Identify the program, not just the campus

STATION F's partner-program FAQ explains that programs operate independently and set their own selection processes and conditions. A program focused on a sector, school community or geographic connection may fit a different company from an in-house route. Being interested in Paris does not establish eligibility for any of them.

RouteWhat to investigateCurrent preparation boundary
F/aiAI-native company fit and the official recommendation-based process. The in-house page shows applications closed. Do not imply a public open application or a guaranteed recommendation.
FightersThe published audience and current round's participation requirements. The in-house page shows applications closed. Prepare evidence and watch the official next notice.
Founders ProgramWhich current route, version and terms apply. The in-house page says rolling review, while the August 14 FAQ says Founders Program 2.0 is paused. Confirm the applicable route directly.
Partner-operated programSector, affiliation, location, terms and operator-specific application.Check the actual operator's current page. Another program's calendar or economics do not transfer.
Landing ZoneThe separate early-stage route listed on the in-house programs page. The in-house page describes rolling applications. Read that route's current destination and terms before treating it as equivalent to admission to an accelerator.

Keep investment, office access, mentoring, credits and fees in separate fields. A campus program description is not a cash offer. If an economics field is not documented for your route, record it as unknown rather than import another provider's terms.

2. Verify the route and application state

Open the official directory, identify the exact program, and follow its application destination. Record both the referring STATION F page and the final operator page. If the destination is an external form, confirm that it is linked from an official source before entering information.

When sources disagree, keep a conflict note: the two URLs, what each says, their dates if shown, and the question to confirm. A generic Join button and a dated closed notice are different kinds of evidence. Do not replace the closed notice with an invented future date.

  1. Write down the operator, route name and current application state.
  2. Check the team, sector, stage, location and any affiliation conditions.
  3. Review published costs, benefits and participation commitments.
  4. Find the current questions and requested materials without copying a private question bank.
  5. Choose the next action: prepare, ask an operator question, watch for a call or submit through the verified route.

3. Complete a route-specific application packet

STATION F route and evidence worksheet

DecisionRecordEvidence or question
Company jobThe next milestone the team needs support to reach. Why does this particular operator help that milestone?
Product stateWhat exists, who uses it and what is still planned.Demonstration or approved research evidence, with a date.
Program fitThe specific criteria the company appears to meet.Exact source plus any condition still unresolved.
Founder commitmentWho can participate and what practical constraints exist.Availability and location confirmed by the team.
Application routeOfficial referring page, operator and final destination.State and deadline checked immediately before submission.
Offer and costsSeparate workspace, services, credits, investment and fees.Current terms; no assumed funding or affiliation.
Next permitted stepPrepare a packet, request clarification or submit.Named owner, evidence gap and a date for rechecking.

Turn the packet into a short company explanation: who the customer is, what problem you address, what you built, what you learned and why the selected route matters now. Give the program a concrete reason to understand your company rather than repeat its mission back to it.

4. Worked example: do not turn a closed route into an application

Fictional example, not a real applicant or admission result. RouteLoom is a two-founder AI software company with a working prototype and exploratory customer interviews. The founders want help reaching an appropriate technical and commercial community in Paris. They have not secured a recommendation from an F/ai participating organization.

Their first draft says, “We are applying to STATION F because it will fund our expansion.” That confuses the campus, a program and an undocumented investment. The founders replace it with a route decision record.

Fictional route decision

QuestionCurrent evidenceDecision
Can we submit a general F/ai application today? The checked in-house page says closed; the FAQ describes a recommendation route.Do not claim a submitted or available application. Study fit and confirm future instructions.
Does another operator fit our customer problem? The official directory lists different sector programs.Inspect a small relevant set and verify their own criteria before drafting.
Is funding committed? No offer exists in the founders' evidence.Keep investment unknown and plan without assuming it.
What can we do now?The product and interview notes are available.Prepare a company brief, clarify the target milestone and record questions for the chosen operator.

This is a useful output even before an intake opens: a qualified route, an accurate company story and explicit unanswered questions. It avoids investing time in a fictional universal application.

5. Use Aurora to review the route and your draft

Try this with Aurora AI in Finta, Claude or Codex. Supply the relevant official text and company facts yourself, using only information you may share. The exercise asks for a reviewable draft, not program access or outreach.

Help me choose and prepare for a specific STATION F program route.
Inputs: [company facts and stage], [location/attendance constraints], [exact program name], [current official program and application text, URLs and checked date], and [my draft].
Return a route decision table separating the campus, in-house programs and independently run partner programs. For the selected route, list evidence-backed fit, disqualifying or unresolved conditions, application state and the permitted next step.
Prepare a concise company explanation, an evidence checklist and questions for the actual program operator. Mark status conflicts and unknowns. Treat a visible Join link as a route to inspect, not proof that an intake is open.
Use only supplied facts. Do not invent a recommendation, funding offer, deadline, acceptance probability or access to STATION F. Do not contact partners, submit forms or change records. I will review and use the official route myself.

Review whether the assistant kept the routes separate. Delete any invented partner relationship, application status or benefit. The founders decide whether the real program's terms fit the company.

6. Take the next real action

If the chosen route is open and suitable, review the final materials and submit on the operator's official site. If it is closed, paused or unclear, keep the prepared packet and set a source recheck. Do not manufacture urgency or send multiple unrelated applications to compensate for missing fit.

Use the funding-application deadline workflow for confirmed dates, and the accelerator directory for broader alternatives. These resources organize your work; they do not confer STATION F membership.

STATION F application questions

Is the Founders Program accepting applications?

The official sources conflict as checked October 22, 2026: the current in-house page says Founders applications receive rolling review, while the FAQ updated August 14, 2026 says Founders Program 2.0 is paused. Treat the Founders route as unclear and confirm the applicable current instructions directly with STATION F.

Can I apply directly to F/ai?

The checked FAQ describes recommendation-only entry and the in-house page shows applications closed. Read the official F/ai process explanation and current notices rather than assume an open general form.

Does admission include investment?

Do not assume so. Review the specific operator's terms and separate investment from workspace, services, mentoring and credits.

Can one application cover every campus program?

The partner-program FAQ directs applicants to independently operated selection processes. Prepare for the exact route instead of treating the campus directory as a single application.
