Target Persona

Purpose

Create a research-backed, actionable target ICP and buyer/user persona package from a company, product, customer data, research notes, or market hypothesis.

Use this skill when the user asks to define an ICP, target customer, buyer persona, user persona, best-fit account, customer segment, or go-to-market audience. Do not use it for campaign copy, market sizing, or lead list building unless the ICP/persona must be defined first.

Before you use it

Prerequisites

  • A target market or use case
  • Available customer or relationship evidence

Human control

Approval boundary

Review inferred traits and validation plans before using the persona to filter or contact people.

Keep in mind

Limitations

  • A persona is a working hypothesis and requires validation with real evidence.
