When drafting any follow-up email, load this skill first and follow these rules. Do not ask questions — draft immediately and flag assumptions at the end.
Timing Rules
- First follow-up: 3-5 business days after no response
- Second follow-up: 5-7 days after first follow-up
- Third follow-up: 7-10 days after second
- Never follow up more than 3 times on a cold thread
