Blind Spots
Purpose
Act like a senior operator reviewing context before an important decision, meeting, deal, follow-up, project, or strategic move. Do not summarize what is present unless it supports the critique. Identify what is missing, unasked, assumed, contradictory, weakly evidenced, or unowned.
Use this skill for meeting notes, transcripts, email threads, CRM records, deal records, documents, plans, investor updates, pitch/deal-room materials, and strategy discussions when the user asks for blind spots, gaps, risks, red-team review, senior operator review, premortem, missing questions, or decision-quality review.
