Use Finta on the web when the beta does not expose investor save.
A native investor-save workflow is not verified for the current Finta iOS beta. Use currently supported web access on iPhone, or a clearly supported control in the installed build, and review the identity, source, and next action before saving.
Resolve the identity first
Check the investor's name, firm, role, and source against the current page or conversation. Mobile capture is not a reason to create an ambiguous or duplicate record.
Record the useful context
Preserve why the investor is relevant, what is known, what remains uncertain, who owns the relationship, and what should happen next.
Use the complete CRM when needed
If the beta does not expose the required fields or review controls, open finta.ai and finish the record in the complete CRM rather than saving partial context.
