Review movement, not just counts
Look for recent conversations, open commitments, timing changes, and the next decision. A mobile snapshot is useful when it preserves the reason a relationship moved or stalled.
Protect judgment at the transition
Before changing a stage or next action, confirm the underlying interaction. Do not convert silence, an open, or a possible warm path into a stronger signal than the evidence supports.
