LinkedInMost early-stage investing is a guess. Firehouse only backs the top 1% of founders on Finta — people who have already proven they can raise — then helps them raise their next round, when your stake can grow.
Every company has already run a real raise on Finta — then passes Firehouse’s own review.
Firehouse leads the first round, so you invest when a company’s value is at its lowest.
After you invest, Finta helps the company raise again — when your stake can grow in value.
Choose the startups you want to back, one deal at a time — no obligation to invest in every one.
Join the Firehouse syndicate and choose the startups you want to back. Tell us about yourself and we'll be in touch.
Every company we consider has already run a real raise on the platform — before our own criteria are ever applied.
We apply our own investment criteria to the strongest of that pool. Every company is vetted twice.

Before startups, Kevin spent eight years as a volunteer firefighter and EMT — elected Lieutenant, EMS Captain and Chief Mechanic at Swormville Fire Co, a 100% volunteer company serving its community since 1918.
Kevin’s investing experience spans more than 160 early-stage technology companies. At 43North, he led startup selection and supported a portfolio of 60+ seed-stage investments. He also ran Founder Institute’s New York accelerator, working closely with founders and mentors. That combination of investment selection, founder support and fundraising experience informs how he evaluates opportunities at Firehouse.

LinkedInFirehouse is built for accredited investors joining deals through the syndicate. Let us know your status in the form above.
Syndicate deals typically start at $1,000–$5,000 per deal; the exact minimum is shown with each deal. Share your annual range in the form and we’ll match you to the right opportunities.
No. Through the syndicate (500+ members) you review each deal as it’s shared and choose only the startups you want to back.
Deals are run on AngelList. When a company clears both filters — proven execution on Finta and Firehouse diligence — members receive the opportunity and materials to review.
There’s no management fee on syndicate deals. Firehouse earns a 20% carry — a share of profits that’s only paid after you get your money back. Full terms are shown with each deal before you commit.
Deals are administered on AngelList, which prepares your K-1 tax forms each year at no cost to you. Firehouse also shares updates on portfolio companies as they progress.
No. Finta is where founders raise; you don’t need an account to invest with Firehouse. If you already have one, let us know in the form.
