Check the connection before repeating the work.
Most extension problems fall into four layers: installation, Finta authentication, site permission, or availability of the requested Finta action.
The side panel does not open
Confirm the official extension is installed and enabled, then pin or open it from Chrome's Extensions menu. Reload the active tab after an extension update.
Sign-in does not complete
Retry from the extension, allow the browser authentication window, and confirm the final account page is on finta.ai. If the loop persists, sign out and begin once more.
The current page is unavailable
Enable the supported page-context option and review Chrome's permission prompt for that origin. Browser-protected pages and unsupported schemes may remain unavailable.
A Finta action is missing
Actions depend on the signed-in account, organization, permissions, and current tool support. Open the Finta web app to confirm the underlying record or connection is available.
