Activation checklists, sharper Aurora controls, and richer deal room workflows

This week added guided activation checklists, made Aurora easier to steer, and improved how teams build and share deal room pages and documents.

• Founders now get a native activation checklist that tracks setup progress, supports restore and dismiss states, awards credits for completed steps, and pairs with clearer student verification and billing moments during onboarding.
• Aurora is easier to use because the composer controls were rearranged, the model picker now presents model options more clearly, and failed page-generation actions fall back to simpler user-facing error messages instead of raw backend noise.
• Deal room and document workflows are more capable with rebuilt page containers, multi-file document lists, safer rich text and video handling, and cleaner folder-based document organization inside shared rooms.
