Why this role exists

Finta scales through ecosystems: accelerators, communities, events, and platforms that want to co-market. This role exists to create leveraged distribution via partnerships, sponsorships, and "Powered by Finta" programs — and to ensure partner-sourced accounts land in the correct queue with clear captain ownership.

Captain / Co-pilot ownership

  • Captain (primary): Partner channel performance (sourcing, closing, delivery, renewals) and partner-sourced routing hygiene.
  • Co-pilot (supports): Works with Growth / CS / Sales to ensure the right next-step outcome is owned by the right captain.

What success looks like

90 days

  • Close 3–5 partnerships / sponsorships with measurable lead flow.
  • Launch a sponsorship kit (packages, pricing, inventory, fulfillment standards).

6 months

  • A repeatable partner channel producing consistent qualified pipeline.
  • Clear metrics: partner leads → signups → activations → PQLs → expansion ARR.

Reports to: CEO / Head of Sales

Responsibilities

- Source and close partner deals (accelerators, communities, newsletters, events, platforms). - Package and sell sponsorships: demo days, workshops, cohorts, content series. - Run co-marketing: webinars, office hours, templates, referral loops. - Own partner ops: contracts, fulfillment, tracking, renewals. - Ensure routing clarity: partner-sourced accounts are tagged with source / segment and land in the correct queue.

Requirements

- Experience closing partnerships or sponsorships with measurable outcomes. - Strong packaging and storytelling. - Relentless follow-through and operational rigor.

- Startup ecosystem network. - Experience running cohort-based education, community growth, or channel programs.
