Creator Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Lead

The Role 

You will own Finta’s creator and influencer marketing program from the ground up. 

Your job will be to identify creators, build relationships, coordinate product access, help creators produce authentic content about Finta, track performance, and scale the partnerships that drive signups, activation, and paid customers. 

We are especially interested in creators covering topics like AI agents, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, AI automation, no-code tools, productivity systems, founder workflows, inbox zero, personal assistants, startup operations, and business automation. 

You will help Finta become part of the conversation wherever people are learning how to use AI to get real work done.


What Success Looks Like 

In your first 30 days, you will build a prioritized list of at least 100 high-fit creators and begin outreach.

In your first 60 days, you will onboard the first 10–20 creators into Finta’s Creator Pass program. 

In your first 90 days, you will help launch multiple creator campaigns, track performance, and identify the creators, content angles, and offers that can scale. 

Long term, success means Finta becomes a tool creators naturally talk about when discussing AI agents, productivity systems, AI assistants, and modern work. 

Example Projects 

•  Build a target list of YouTubers making videos about OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Claude Cowork, 

Claude Code, and AI agents. 

• Create a personalized outreach campaign for AI productivity creators. 

• Coordinate a Finta Creator Pass program for 20 creators. 

•  Help launch custom landing pages for creator campaigns. 

•  Track which creator content drives the most activated users. 

•  Build an affiliate program and creator payout structure. 

•  Help turn the best creator demos into ads, landing page copy, and social proof. 


Responsibilities

Creator Research & Prospecting You will build and maintain a target list of high-fit creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, newsletters, podcasts, Skillshare, and other education platforms. You will identify creators whose audiences are likely to care about AI productivity, AI agents, workflow automation, founder tools, business operations, and personal productivity. You will evaluate creators based on audience quality, content fit, trust, conversion potential, engagement, channel size, and relevance to Finta. Outreach & Relationship Building You will write personalized outreach to creators and their teams. You will pitch creators on testing Finta through our Creator Pass / Agent Trial program. You will manage follow-ups, replies, scheduling, onboarding, and relationship tracking inside Finta. You will build trust with creators by being genuinely helpful, organized, and respectful of their audience. Creator Campaign Management You will coordinate creator access to Finta, guest passes, affiliate links, custom landing pages, talking points, product walkthroughs, and campaign assets. You will help creators understand what to test, how to demo the product, and what angles could be valuable to their audience. You will not force fake reviews. The goal is authentic product testing, useful content, and honest feedback. Content & Campaign Strategy You will help develop creator content concepts such as: • “Can Finta replace my AI agent stack?” • “Can AI run my inbox for a week?” • “I tested Finta vs OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, and Claude Cowork.” • “My AI chief of staff workflow.” • “Best AI productivity tools for founders.” • “AI workspace for non-technical operators.” You will help package Finta in ways that creators can easily explain, demo, and share. Performance Tracking You will track creator campaign performance, including: • Views • Clicks • Signups • Activated accounts • Connected inbox/calendar rate • Aurora usage • Trial-to-paid conversion • Revenue by creator • Affiliate payout • CAC and payback period You will help us double down on the creators and content angles that drive real customer growth. Internal Coordination You will work closely with the founder, marketing team, product team, and customer success team. You will help turn creator feedback into product insights, messaging improvements, landing page tests, onboarding improvements, and future campaign ideas.

Requirements

You are deeply curious about AI, productivity, creators, and how people adopt new technology. You are highly organized and can manage a lot of moving pieces without dropping details. You are a strong written communicator and can write personalized, thoughtful outreach that does not sound like spam. You understand YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, podcasts, and creator-led distribution. You know the difference between vanity views and real customer acquisition. You are comfortable using AI tools and excited to test new ones. You can research quickly, think strategically, and execute consistently. You are proactive. You do not wait around to be told every next step. You care about quality relationships, not just blasting cold messages.

Nice to have

Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, creator campaigns, or community led growth. Experience working at a startup, SaaS company, AI company, agency, or creator business. Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Experience managing affiliate links, UTM tracking, landing pages, or campaign dashboards. Experience with YouTube creator outreach or sponsorship coordination. Interest in productivity creators like Ali Abdaal, Matt Wolfe, Greg Isenberg, Alex Finn, Riley Brown, or similar AI/business creators.
