Capital Advisory Consultant (Elite Advisor)
What this is
This is a platform-enabled advisory practice.
Elite Advisors run Finta Elite — you choose your clients, set your workload, and scale as far as you want while leveraging Finta's tools, playbooks, and internal team support to deliver fast, high-impact work. We want dozens globally — specialized by sector, stage, geography, and deal type.
What you deliver (the Elite promise)
Finta Elite Advisory acts as an extension of a deal operator's team, providing hands-on execution and strategic guidance. In practice, you help clients run a structured, network-driven deal workflow:
- Build core fundraising / deal materials (pitch deck & narrative, essential data room, accurate financial model).
- Create a strong target list (e.g., 150+ targets) and map warm intro pathways.
- Launch process-driven outreach with scripts by stage and convert outreach into meetings.
- Use Aurora for execution leverage: recommended leads, deep research, warm intro highlighting, hyper-personalized drafts, and workflow automation.
Captain / Co-pilot ownership
- Captain (primary): You are captain for your advisory client's outcomes (delivery, weekly progress, execution cadence).
- Co-pilot (supports): Finta's core team provides enablement + optional execution help: lead pulling, data entry, platform automation, warm intro / network mapping, and more.
- Non-negotiable: You run delivery inside Finta so momentum is visible, measurable, and repeatable.
What "great" looks like
- Clients show weekly momentum: targets added, outreach executed, replies handled, meetings booked, next steps advanced.
- You build a differentiated niche and consistent client pipeline.
- You contribute assets back into the program (templates, scripts, playbooks) to raise the bar for the whole network.
How you get started (program path)
- Platform & Process: Become a Finta expert with 1:1 training from Finta's support team.
- Finta Academy: Learn the process while running Academy, generate leads, and gain access to assets / resources.
- Ongoing Support: Full access to the Finta support team; we help onboard / support your clients and provide admin support.
- Uncapped Potential: Scale your Elite Advisory service however you want.
Economics
The program positions Elite as a monthly service where customers pay a monthly fee with a minimum commitment, and Advisors earn monthly income per client. The program also highlights rev share on self-sourced clients vs rev share on leads sourced by Finta. Final structure may vary by program tier.
Practical requirements
- You can source clients (network, content, community, Academy cohorts, partnerships).
- You can run a weekly cadence and document outcomes in Finta.
- You can maintain confidentiality and operate professionally with founders / funds.
Reports to: Elite Lead (program standards + enablement)
Responsibilities
- Run a weekly delivery cadence inside Finta for each advisory client. - Build core fundraising / deal materials: pitch deck & narrative, data room, financial model. - Create target lists (150+) and map warm intro pathways. - Launch process-driven outreach with stage-specific scripts; convert outreach into meetings. - Use Aurora for execution leverage: research, warm-intro highlighting, hyper-personalized drafts, workflow automation. - Contribute assets back to the program (templates, scripts, playbooks).
Requirements
- Strong advisory instincts and ability to create forward motion. - Excellent writing and client communication. - Process discipline and comfort operating in CRMs / workflow systems. - High integrity and reliability (high-trust work).
Nice to have
- Fundraising / VC, banking, IR, or founder advisory background. - Existing network in a niche sector / geography. - Experience productizing services (packages, retainers, outcomes).
