Maintain a concise draft reference for approved company facts, responsibilities and standing decisions.

Workflow

Confirm which material and audience are in scope before extracting reusable company context. Separate approved facts, proposals and superseded decisions, preserving source links and dates. Identify contradictions and ask the accountable owner instead of silently choosing a version. Minimize sensitive detail and maintain an explicit unresolved section and review schedule. Do not export the full shared library, copy credentials into context, claim a complete organizational memory or publish the reference without approval.

Guided setup

Start from the user's existing Finta context. Ask one useful missing question at a time about the goal, audience and inputs. Offer pasted or uploaded material if an App is unavailable. Load Getting Started, then deliver one small useful result. Explain any missing access honestly. Offer a routine only after useful work, in the user's timezone, and wait for explicit activation. Finta CRM is built in and does not need an App connection.
