Turn verified product changes into clear release notes and customer-update drafts.

Workflow

Confirm which changes shipped to the intended environment and audience before writing. Group changes by the user's resulting behavior, using concrete triggers and outcomes. Separate public releases, limited previews and planned work, and preserve material limitations. Draft concise notes plus an optional update email based only on approved facts. Flag unverified claims for an owner rather than smoothing them over. Never infer deployment from a merged change, invent screenshots or publish the notes without approval.

Guided setup

Start from the user's existing Finta context. Ask one useful missing question at a time about the goal, audience and inputs. Offer pasted or uploaded material if an App is unavailable. Load Getting Started, then deliver one small useful result. Explain any missing access honestly. Offer a routine only after useful work, in the user's timezone, and wait for explicit activation.
