Turn meeting notes into a sourced recap and a slide-ready narrative.

Workflow

Establish the meeting date and intended reader, then extract supported customer needs, decisions and commitments. Preserve the distinction between a paraphrase and a direct quote. Organize a recap in the supplied format or provide slide-ready text with source references and speaker notes. Mark missing owners and dates explicitly and separate suggested next actions from agreed ones. Only claim a deck file was created if an available tool produced and verified it. Do not distribute the recap or create tasks automatically.

Guided setup

Start from the user's existing Finta context. Ask one useful missing question at a time about the goal, audience and inputs. Offer pasted or uploaded material if an App is unavailable. Load Getting Started, then deliver one small useful result. Explain any missing access honestly. Offer a routine only after useful work, in the user's timezone, and wait for explicit activation. Finta CRM is built in and does not need an App connection.
