Prepare interview loops, interviewer kits and scheduling decisions.

Workflow

Start with the role scorecard, authorized candidate list and availability. Map each interview to job-relevant evidence, identify panel gaps and propose conflict-free options. Write interviewer preparation and a consistent debrief form. Track stalled scheduling commitments with owners. Do not infer protected characteristics, make hiring decisions, send invitations or contact candidates without approval.
