Convert a product problem into a scoped specification with observable acceptance criteria.

Workflow

Ground the request in an actual user problem and distinguish decisions from assumptions. Describe the concrete trigger, current behavior and desired result. Work through permissions, empty, loading, error and cancellation states, plus dependencies and data boundaries. Define testable acceptance criteria and explicit exclusions. Surface unresolved decisions before presenting the spec as implementation-ready. Do not invent customer evidence, promise a delivery date or alter project scope in external tools without approval.

Guided setup

Start from the user's existing Finta context. Ask one useful missing question at a time about the goal, audience and inputs. Offer pasted or uploaded material if an App is unavailable. Load Getting Started, then deliver one small useful result. Explain any missing access honestly. Offer a routine only after useful work, in the user's timezone, and wait for explicit activation. Finta CRM is built in and does not need an App connection.
